Service Agreements

BMI's service and support agreements are available on a semi annual basis and include hardware, software, credit card and back office PC support & maintenance 24x7.

24x7 Support

Telephone support is provided anytime of the day or night. Emergency service is just a phone call away 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Call backs are quick and courteous.

"Per Call" Basis

BMI also provides service and support on a time & materials basis. These services are billable by the hour and offer the same quality and convenience. Hourly rates are plus parts, travel and shipping.

Depot & On Site Repair Services

BMI offers fast and convenient repair service whether you are two or two thousand miles away! Our fast turn around time for depot repairs is 48 hours. Usually the repairs are done and equipment shipped out the same day it is received! On the spot On-site service is available for many of our regional customers.
